Our story begins in 1999, when the business was founded under the name Taj Traders and Suppliers in Dhangadhi, Kailali. The founder's vision was straightforward — to provide builders, fabricators and hardware stores across the Sudurpachim region with quality construction materials at fair prices, with reliable service.
In the early years, the focus was on MS steel items and hardware essentials. Word spread quickly about the quality of products and the honest dealing practices of the business. Over time, major hardware stores across Sudurpachim Province became regular customers, trusting us as their primary steel and materials supplier.
As the business grew over more than two decades, so did the product range. We expanded to cover the full spectrum of construction requirements — MS sections, pipes, sheets, cement, fasteners, wires and more — becoming a true one-stop supplier for the region's construction industry.
On 31st July 2022, the business was formally incorporated as Taj Steels Pvt. Ltd. (PAN: 610326239), marking a new chapter in the company's history. While the name changed, the values did not — the same commitment to quality, honest pricing and reliable supply that built 23 years of reputation continues to drive everything we do today.
